PILATES!?

Our signature Mat Pilates class will get your heart rate up, tone your whole body and help you build strength.

To add a little spice and challenge to sequences, we incorporate props such as Pilates balls, weights, booty bands and Pilates rings.


Classes are held at our brother studio, POWER + REVIVE with all your favourite teachers from REVIVE + PILATES.

Get your sweat on with us every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am and Saturdays at 9am. See you on the mat!

At REVIVE + PILATES we make working out fun with our signature class styles; Sweatformer, Gluteformer, Intermediate and All Levels classes.

We focus on creating a supportive and welcoming community so you feel comfortable to push yourself and try new Pilates moves on the daily. Our R+P Instructors will have you sweat, sculpt, tone and lengthen your body like never before!
